PRODUCTION - KANGAROO PROJECT

After two rounds of competition for the concept and the director, the production phase begins.

Every key person in the production process works with an apprentice ("Joey") whose selection is based on interest, commitment and potential. The Joeys are drawn from the entire production community including students and established professionals who are interested in learning about other crew positions. The production process is an actual professional television commercial shoot with all the expectations and rewards.

The Kangaroo Project was created by and for the Minnesota film and TV production community. All production and post-production takes place in Minnesota, usually in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis - St. Paul) area.
